Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical architecture for Project 2026 initiatives, ensuring scalability and high performance.
- Lead the design and deployment of advanced machine learning models, including Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to optimize model training pipelines and reduce inference latency.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring reproducibility and monitoring of production models.
- Guide the team through technical decision-making processes, balancing innovation with risk management.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI trends to integrate cutting-edge technologies into our core product offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Proven expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with fine-tuning large models and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
