Responsibilities
- Define the long-term architectural roadmap for Quantum Horizon's AI infrastructure leading up to the 2026 rollout.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to design robust, scalable machine learning models.
- Ensure the ethical deployment of AI technologies, implementing rigorous safety and fairness protocols.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Oversee the integration of quantum computing paradigms with classical neural networks.
- Conduct high-level technical reviews and mentor junior architects to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI and Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects and teams.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and edge computing.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
