Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning models and neural network architectures for Project 2026.
- Lead the technical strategy, defining best practices for model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and cost efficiency in production environments.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and integrate relevant innovations into our roadmap.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or applied AI research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong experience with MLOps pipelines, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying LLMs or large-scale NLP systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
