We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to spearhead the development of our proprietary Quantum-Neural Interface systems. You will bridge the gap between abstract quantum computing principles and practical, high-speed neural network applications.
In this role, you won't just write code; you will architect the future of human-computer interaction. You will work alongside world-class physicists and neuroscientists to create systems that redefine efficiency, learning speed, and cognitive augmentation.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable quantum machine learning models tailored for real-time bio-feedback processing.
- Optimize neural network architectures to reduce latency in edge computing environments.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to translate theoretical physics into executable algorithms.
- Establish best practices for model interpretability and ethical AI implementation in sensitive biological contexts.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers in advanced deep learning frameworks.
- Conduct rigorous testing of system integrity under high-load quantum simulation scenarios.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Computational Neuroscience, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, specifically with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq, or IBM Quantum Experience).
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware or spiking neural networks is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in an agile development environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
