Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure leading up to the 2026 deployment phase.
- Model Architecture: Design and deploy scalable machine learning models, specifically focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics.
- System Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize existing algorithms for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency in high-volume environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into core business applications seamlessly.
- Mentorship: Mentor a team of junior data scientists and AI engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- R&D Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends to identify emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, Neuromorphic computing) relevant to the 2026 horizon.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and SQL. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is mandatory.
