Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI and machine learning infrastructure designed for the demands of 2026 and beyond.
- Lead the research and development of novel algorithms, focusing on Generative AI and Computer Vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Ensure model accuracy, efficiency, and ethical compliance across all AI systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and define technical standards for the AI department.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum-ready AI) into our product suite.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Machine Learning and AI systems architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
- Proven track record of deploying LLMs and Generative AI models to production environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
