Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of large-scale deep learning systems.
- Define data pipelines and model training strategies for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Optimize existing algorithms for real-time processing and edge deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models with legacy infrastructure.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for MLOps and reproducibility.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and technical architecture reviews.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably in a high-scale environment.
- Extensive experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Deep understanding of neural network architectures, NLP, and computer vision.
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready machine learning models.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
