Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of scalable AI frameworks designed for the 2026 technology landscape.
- Define and implement the technical roadmap for integrating Quantum Computing concepts into current software stacks.
- Oversee the deployment of Generative AI models with a focus on hallucination reduction and ethical guardrails.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Ensure data integrity and security protocols for future-proof data lakes.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations.
- Strong understanding of future-forward technologies, including NLP, Computer Vision, and Distributed Ledger Systems.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
