Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models, with a focus on NLP and LLMs.
- Optimize neural network architectures for high-performance inference on cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define AI roadmaps.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or applied AI.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, LLaMA), and RAG architectures.
