Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Machine Learning pipelines using Python and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Lead research projects focused on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Optimize model inference for low-latency, high-throughput environments.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex AI concepts into user-friendly features.
- Ensure data privacy and ethical AI compliance across all training datasets.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends and implement cutting-edge research into production.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
- Experience deploying models to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of improving model accuracy and performance.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
