Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable deep learning models for the 2026 Core Platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into advanced algorithmic solutions.
- Optimize existing AI pipelines for real-time inference and cost efficiency.
- Research and implement emerging techniques in Generative AI and Reinforcement Learning.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices.
- Ensure data integrity and implement robust MLOps strategies.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering and productionizing models in a production environment.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Airflow) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
