Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy end-to-end machine learning pipelines for large-scale generative AI applications.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel deep learning algorithms tailored to the 2026 Initiative goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Engineering) to integrate AI capabilities into core products.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize model performance for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency in cloud environments.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on large language models or generative AI.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying models to production environments and handling data at scale.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
