Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and deploy robust, scalable machine learning pipelines using Python and modern deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Generative AI Leadership: Spearhead the development of advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Data Strategy: Oversee the end-to-end data lifecycle, from ingestion and cleaning to feature engineering and model evaluation.
- Innovation: Research and implement cutting-edge algorithms to solve complex, real-world business problems.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure model latency and throughput meet production-grade requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong portfolio of deployed models.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Frameworks: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face Transformers.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and translate them into technical solutions.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
