Role Overview
We are looking for an expert who can translate complex data into actionable insights. You will be responsible for designing machine learning models that optimize stadium operations, enhance security protocols, and create immersive fan experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable Machine Learning models for crowd flow optimization and predictive security.
- Develop computer vision algorithms to analyze real-time stadium telemetry and fan behavior.
- Collaborate with urban planners and civil engineers to integrate IoT data with AI infrastructure.
- Optimize data pipelines to handle high-volume, low-latency data streams from 12+ stadiums.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers in best practices for AI/ML development.
- Translate technical requirements into clear business solutions for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and SQL.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and distributed computing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
