Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune large-scale transformer models and LLMs using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Architect and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance model accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Build robust MLOps infrastructure for continuous training, evaluation, and deployment of AI models.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate AI capabilities into scalable web and mobile applications.
- Establish and enforce best practices for data privacy, ethical AI, and model interpretability.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to stay ahead of the curve in NLP, multimodal learning, and AI safety.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Machine Learning or AI.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in building and deploying production-level AI models.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and natural language processing (NLP).
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and SQL for data manipulation and model engineering.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of working in Agile environments and leading technical projects from conception to delivery.
