Responsibilities
- Architect and implement state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformer-based architectures.
- Optimize model inference latency and resource utilization to handle high-volume production workloads.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to improve model accuracy, generalization, and safety parameters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Data Scientists, and DevOps engineers.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices in MLOps and model deployment.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research to integrate emerging techniques into our core product pipeline.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on Deep Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying ML models to production environments using cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of NLP, LLMs, and prompt engineering techniques.
- Experience with distributed training and model serving frameworks.
