- Mentor senior engineers and conduct technical architecture reviews to ensure code quality.
- Optimize model latency and inference costs across distributed cloud environments.
- Define technical roadmaps for AI infrastructure upgrades and modernization.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow).
- Proven track record of deploying LLMs and Generative AI applications at scale.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
