Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of supporting next-generation applications.
- Lead research and development initiatives focused on Generative AI and Autonomous Agents for 2026 market readiness.
- Optimize model inference latency and improve memory efficiency for edge and cloud deployment.
- Establish best practices for data privacy, security, and ethical AI governance.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into feasible engineering roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or AI Research.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and fine-tuning foundation models.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
