- Lead R&D partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and investors
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused KPIs
- Author thought leadership reports published in MIT Tech Review and similar venues
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching products with >$50M ARR
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or Business Strategy
- Expertise in quantum computing, blockchain, and sustainable tech
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology
- Certification in AI Ethics (IEEE or ACM) required
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for APAC market expansion
