Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and execution of our technology vision for the year 2026 and beyond.
- AI Integration: Architect scalable AI solutions and oversee the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) into core products.
- Innovation Leadership: Identify and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing) to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Technical Governance: Establish architectural standards and best practices to ensure system scalability, security, and performance.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-level executives and product teams.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and modern AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and delivering on high-stakes projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
