Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging AI trends and technologies.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate generative AI and machine learning into core business processes.
- Collaborate with product teams to define product requirements for AI-driven features and solutions.
- Establish governance frameworks and ethical guidelines for AI deployment to ensure compliance and fairness.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership in a compelling manner.
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation within the technology department.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, data science, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep technical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing AI strategies in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
