Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company’s 2026 Technology Roadmap, focusing on Artificial Intelligence, Generative Models, and Quantum Readiness.
- Lead high-level R&D initiatives, identifying emerging trends to integrate into our core product lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align technical vision with business goals.
- Oversee the migration and integration of next-gen software architectures.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects on best practices for scalable, future-proof systems.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to anticipate technological shifts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or strategic technology leadership.
- Proven experience managing large-scale technical transformations or product lifecycles.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, or other next-gen programming languages.
