Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the implementation of cutting-edge AI models designed for the 2026 timeline and beyond.
- Define the long-term technical roadmap for next-gen predictive analytics and autonomous agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate future-proof technologies into core product ecosystems.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists in advanced machine learning techniques and future tech trends.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging tech trends, including Web5, quantum-ready algorithms, and neural interfaces.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance for high-volume, real-time data processing.
- Act as the primary evangelist for the company's 2026 vision to stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and edge computing architectures.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities to navigate uncharted technical territories.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical leadership.
