Responsibilities
- Architect and manage the end-to-end AI infrastructure pipeline for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Optimize deep learning workloads on high-performance GPU clusters to maximize throughput and minimize latency.
- Lead architectural decisions regarding cloud migration, Kubernetes orchestration, and edge computing deployment.
- Collaborate with data scientists to design scalable data pipelines that support real-time model training.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and deployment automation.
- Drive innovation in AI hardware-software co-design to prepare for the quantum-ready era.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in high-scale AI/ML infrastructure.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA programming.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale neural networks serving millions of requests per second.
- Experience with MLOps frameworks such as Kubeflow, MLflow, or Ray.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior engineers and drive cross-functional projects.
