Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end AI infrastructure capable of supporting high-scale, real-time data processing.
- Lead Research and Development (R&D) initiatives focusing on Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, and Predictive Analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with data governance standards.
- Define the technical roadmap for future AI deployments, specifically targeting readiness for 2026 tech standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of deploying scalable AI systems in production environments (Cloud: AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong background in System Design, distributed computing, and high-availability architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity in emerging tech landscapes.
