Responsibilities
- Lead the design and deployment of scalable machine learning infrastructure and pipelines.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define AI-driven product requirements.
- Optimize existing algorithms for high performance and low latency in production environments.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art techniques in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Monitor model performance and troubleshoot complex issues in real-time systems.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of distributed computing, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact AI products from concept to deployment.
