Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models that solve complex business problems.
- Lead the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and feature engineering to model training and MLOps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into the core product.
- Optimize existing algorithms for speed, accuracy, and scalability to meet enterprise-grade performance standards.
- Establish best practices for model monitoring, explainability, and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in machine learning engineering.
- Proficiency in Python and deep knowledge of ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
