Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy end-to-end machine learning pipelines from data ingestion to model serving.
- Lead the research and development of novel AI algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
- Ensure model scalability, performance, and ethical compliance across all projects.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and Computer Vision.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade AI systems.
