Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI models and MLOps pipelines for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead research initiatives in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Deep Learning to solve complex industry problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deploy AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and cost efficiency in production environments.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in AI, publishing papers or presenting at industry conferences.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI research.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Extensive experience with LLMs, fine-tuning, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI products.
