Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and deployment of large-scale machine learning models and neural networks.
- Drive the integration of Generative AI (LLMs) into core product workflows to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps for the 2026 product suite.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce operational costs on cloud infrastructure.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s or PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven experience designing MLOps pipelines and data pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
