Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production-grade machine learning models and pipelines using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to optimize algorithms for low-latency, high-volume processing.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and feature engineering to drive model accuracy and robustness.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research and implement cutting-edge techniques into our products.
- Ensure model scalability, security, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, or a similar technical role.
- Proven expertise in Deep Learning frameworks and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and C++.
- Experience with MLOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and MLflow.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
