Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) tailored for enterprise scalability and low-latency inference.
- Lead the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle from data ingestion and cleaning to model training, validation, and production serving.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to integrate AI capabilities into core product ecosystems.
- Optimize neural network architectures for edge devices and cloud environments to maximize performance and efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for ethical AI development and model interpretability.
- Conduct cutting-edge research in Reinforcement Learning and Natural Language Processing to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and production ML pipelines.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML models at scale with high accuracy and reliability.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with distributed computing systems and data warehousing solutions.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools (Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow) is highly desirable.
