Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-resistant ML architectures for autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional projects with robotics, cybersecurity, and quantum computing divisions
- Develop ethical AI frameworks aligned with 2026 global tech governance standards
- Mentor junior engineers on next-gen neural network optimization techniques
- Collaborate with research partners on cutting-edge federated learning protocols
- Translate complex quantum algorithms into scalable production pipelines
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or 8+ years equivalent experience
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Experience deploying ML systems at 10M+ user scale
- Strong background in ethical AI development and bias mitigation
- Proficiency in C++ and low-level optimization for quantum hardware
