- Optimize existing algorithms and infrastructure to ensure scalability, latency, and high availability.
- Conduct code reviews, architectural discussions, and performance tuning sessions.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML applications.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
