Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, Rust, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Cirq.
- Quantum Knowledge: Deep understanding of quantum algorithms, quantum gates, and hardware-software co-design.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the proven ability to lead high-performing cross-functional teams.
