Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap for AI and Quantum computing integration.
- Lead the architectural design of high-performance distributed systems capable of handling next-gen workloads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, product management, and engineering to translate strategic goals into technical specifications.
- Conduct rigorous research on emerging paradigms in artificial general intelligence and quantum error correction.
- Oversee the migration of legacy infrastructure to modern, scalable cloud-native architectures.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years focusing on AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq), and distributed systems.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies that align with business objectives.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems in unstructured environments.
