Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable architectures for next-generation AI models and quantum-resistant algorithms.
- Lead the integration of hybrid cloud environments using AWS and GCP with on-premise quantum processing units.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical roadmaps.
- Conduct rigorous performance optimization and security audits to ensure system resilience.
- Pioneering research into emerging tech stacks, including Neural Interfaces and Edge AI deployment.
- Define best practices for code quality, CI/CD pipelines, and system observability.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Applied Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with a strong focus on AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust, with experience in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong grasp of cryptography, specifically post-quantum cryptography standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact engineering projects from conception to deployment.
