Responsibilities
- Architect Hybrid Systems: Design and deploy scalable AI models integrated with quantum processing units (QPUs) to solve complex optimization and machine learning problems.
- Model Training & Optimization: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of training, fine-tuning, and optimizing neural networks using hybrid quantum-classical algorithms.
- Research & Development: Stay at the bleeding edge of industry trends, actively researching emerging quantum computing frameworks and AI methodologies to drive innovation.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and forward-thinking problem-solving.
- System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate quantum solutions into existing cloud and on-premise architectures.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum Computing.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or systems architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with quantum computing libraries such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane.
- Algorithm Knowledge: Deep understanding of quantum algorithms (e.g., QAOA, VQE) and their application to real-world AI use cases.
