Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to identify key technological trends, opportunities, and threats for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Marketing divisions to translate high-level vision into actionable development cycles.
- Pilot Emerging Tech: Spearhead pilot programs for cutting-edge technologies such as Quantum Computing, Advanced AI, and Synthetic Biology.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex technical strategies to C-level executives and board members to secure buy-in for large-scale projects.
- Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor global tech ecosystems to ensure Apex Horizon remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Process Optimization: Implement agile methodologies to accelerate the deployment of 2026 initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the tech industry, with a proven track record of 5-year strategic planning.
