Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable Machine Learning pipelines designed for 2026 performance standards.
- Lead a cross-functional team of researchers in exploring novel Neural Network architectures and Deep Learning models.
- Collaborate with product management to define the technical roadmap for our 2026 flagship product suite.
- Ensure data security, ethical AI compliance, and scalability across all deployed systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous testing and optimization to ensure 99.99% uptime of core AI services.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software development and machine learning engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and reinforcement learning.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical solutions in high-pressure environments.
