Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-resistant ML algorithms for real-time climate prediction
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing neuromorphic computing architectures
- Pioneer ethical AI frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants from NSF and DARPA
- Mentor postdoctoral researchers in quantum machine learning methodologies
- Author 3+ peer-reviewed publications in Nature/Science annually
- Translate theoretical breakthroughs into production-ready systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Physics with quantum computing specialization
- 7+ years experience in deep learning and distributed AI systems
- Published 15+ papers in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Expertise in TensorFlow Quantum and Cirq frameworks
- Proven track record of securing government research funding
- Strong background in computational complexity theory
- Experience mentoring postdoctoral researchers
- Portfolio of deployed AI systems with >10M users
