Responsibilities
- Lead Research Initiatives: Design, develop, and implement cutting-edge machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex, unstructured problems.
- Model Optimization: Improve model accuracy, efficiency, and scalability for production deployment in real-world applications.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the team.
- Publication & Patenting: Publish high-impact research papers in top-tier conferences and secure patents for proprietary technologies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional engineering, product, and design teams to translate research into actionable products.
- Experimental Design: Conduct rigorous A/B testing and experimental analysis to validate hypotheses and drive data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in research and development within the AI/ML industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; deep understanding of deep learning architectures (Transformers, GANs, RNNs).
- Publications: A strong track record of publishing in prestigious venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL) is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and drive projects from conception to completion.
