Responsibilities
- Lead Research Initiatives: Spearhead the development of novel neural network architectures and algorithms.
- Model Optimization: Push the boundaries of model efficiency and scalability for real-world deployment.
- Technical Strategy: Define the long-term research roadmap aligned with the company's 2026 vision.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical engineering applications.
- Publication & Mentorship: Publish seminal papers in top-tier conferences and mentor junior researchers within the cohort.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in deep learning, NLP, or computer vision.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; strong coding skills in Python.
- Research Track Record: Demonstrated history of publishing in venues like NeurIPS, ICML, or ICLR.
- Vision: Ability to think strategically about the future of AI and its societal impact.
