Responsibilities

- Mentor a high-performance team of data scientists and machine learning engineers.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate complex research into deployable, scalable solutions.
- Publish high-impact research papers and present findings at top-tier global conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to ensure our stack remains future-proof.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of industry experience in machine learning research or advanced software development.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier academic venues.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with model optimization, MLOps, and ethical AI practices.
