What You'll Do:
Responsibilities
- Lead Research Initiatives: Spearhead the research and development of advanced AI algorithms and machine learning models focused on scalability and efficiency.
- Prototype Development: Design and implement proof-of-concept prototypes for novel AI architectures, including Generative AI and Deep Reinforcement Learning.
- Model Optimization: Optimize existing models for performance, reducing latency and improving accuracy in high-volume environments.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineering teams to translate research findings into production-ready solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in AI/ML research or development roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformer architectures.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex algorithmic challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and presentations.
