Responsibilities
- Define and execute the AI strategic roadmap for 2026, identifying key technological trends and integration opportunities.
- Lead the architecture design for advanced machine learning models and generative AI systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Legal) to ensure ethical AI implementation and compliance.
- Conduct feasibility studies on emerging technologies, such as Quantum AI and Neuromorphic Computing.
- Present high-level strategic insights to executive stakeholders to secure budget and resources.
- Establish best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and MLOps pipelines.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a strategic or leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern Large Language Model architectures.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to production deployment.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA).
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
