Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic roadmap for AI capabilities, forecasting technological trends three years into the future.
- Architect Neural Systems: Design scalable, high-performance neural network architectures for predictive analytics and autonomous decision-making.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and compliance with future regulatory standards.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, legal, and engineering teams to translate futuristic concepts into viable product roadmaps.
- Research & Development: Publish white papers on long-term AI evolution and present findings to board members and stakeholders.
- Talent Acquisition: Mentor junior researchers and drive hiring for the 2026 talent pipeline.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field; Master's degree with 10+ years of experience is acceptable.
- Experience: 8+ years in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership or research director role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and large language model (LLM) fine-tuning.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps (3-5 year horizon).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer or equivalent preferred.
