What You Will Do

Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Solutions: Design and implement robust machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures tailored for high-volume, real-time processing.
- Lead 2026 Roadmap Initiatives: Spearhead research projects focused on emerging AI trends, specifically in Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-modal AI systems.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to align technical capabilities with market demands.
- Predictive Analytics: Develop advanced forecasting models to identify market opportunities and optimize operational efficiency.
- Model Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve the performance of deployed models to ensure accuracy and latency targets are met.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related technical field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 4 years dedicated to AI/ML research and production deployment.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, NLP, and computer vision.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think strategically about long-term technology trends and their business implications.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Tools: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
