Responsibilities

- <li>Lead the development of the company's <strong>2026 Strategic Roadmap</strong>, identifying key technological milestones and market opportunities.</li>
- <li>Conduct in-depth analysis of emerging trends, including AGI, quantum computing, and neural interfaces, to predict industry shifts.</li>
- <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Product, and Executive Leadership, to translate high-level concepts into actionable project plans.</li>
- <li>Define success metrics and KPIs for 2026 initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.</li>
- <li>Present complex strategic visions to stakeholders and investors, securing buy-in for long-term projects.</li>

Qualifications
- <ul>
- <li>10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Strategic Technology Planning, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.</li>
- <li>Deep understanding of the technological landscape anticipated for the year 2026, including GenAI advancements and ethical AI frameworks.</li>
- <li>Proven ability to forecast market trends and translate them into competitive advantages for a tech organization.</li>
- <li>Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies to diverse audiences.</li>
- <li>Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.</li>
