- Forecast & Analyze Trends: Monitor emerging technologies and macro-economic trends to identify opportunities for AI-driven growth and competitive advantage.
- Lead Cross-Functional Innovation: Collaborate with engineering, product, and executive teams to translate strategic vision into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex technical strategies to C-level executives and investors, ensuring clear understanding of value propositions.
- Drive Ethical AI Standards: Establish and enforce governance frameworks to ensure AI solutions are ethical, transparent, and compliant with evolving regulations.
- Optimize Resource Allocation: Direct research and development budgets to maximize ROI on AI initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field; or equivalent extensive professional experience.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Strategic Planning, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to think strategically about the future (2026+ horizon) and translate abstract concepts into concrete deliverables.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, NLP, and deep learning architectures.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading diverse, cross-functional teams in a high-growth environment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
